Welcome to the study!

Informed Consent

This study is designed to assess your personality and reactions to a workplace situation. After making these survey responses, we will give you feedback on your results.

Please be aware that this study may take up to 30 minutes to complete.

You must be 18 years or older to participate. You will be asked to fill out a questionnaire about your typical behavior as well as some demographic questions. When finished, the program will analyze your responses and provide you with a personalized summary of some of the information you provided.

Participation is voluntary and you can feel free to exit at any point in the survey. This research is being conducted by Dr. Deborah Rupp at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. If you have any questions, feel free to contact her at derupp[at]uiuc.edu.
